General and End of Tenancy Cleaning .

GENERAL CLEANING – £13.00 PER HOUR for areas within The Vale of Glamorgan.

Each of our end of tenancy cleans will involve 2-4 of our professional cleaners depending on the size of the property. The service you recieve will be unique to your property and we will give you a brief description of the areas you should expect to be cleaned.

KITCHEN DEEP CLEAN:

• Cleaning of cupboards inside and out
• Cleaning of the sink & taps
• Cleaning of the interior windows and frames
• Cleaning of radiators, doors and skirting boards

(Optional extras: Fridge & Oven Cleaning)

BATHROOM DEEP CLEAN:

• Descaling of the shower head and taps
• Cleaning of the shower screen
• Deap clean of the bath, toilet and sink area
• Cleaning of radiators, doors and skirting boards
• Cleaning the mirrors
• Cleaning the tiles and floors

GENERAL CLEANING:

• High dusting
• Cleaning of all lights and fixings
• Dusting all surfaces
• Cleaning of skirting boards and doors
• Hoover and mopping the floors
• Cleaning the interior windows

For end of tenance deep cleaning we do ask that the property is empty and that all furniture is out of the property. However, this is not essential, but will reflect on the price.

• 1 Bedroom – £85.00
• 2 Bedroom – £110.00
• 3 Bedroom – £125.00
• 4 Bedroom – £175.00
• 5 Bedroom – £190.00
